Ready for Shipment! A Batch of Dump Trucks Depart Northern China Port Bound for Abidjan Port, Côte d’Ivoire

Author:

Recently, a batch of customized heavy-duty dump trucks of our company have passed complete vehicle inspection, anti-corrosion protection treatment and loading operations. The trucks set sail smoothly from Tianjin Port and will travel across the ocean to Abidjan Port, the core logistics hub of West Africa. They will be widely used in local infrastructure construction, mining and sand & gravel transportation projects, further consolidating our market presence in West Africa.
The delivered vehicles are 6×4 heavy-duty dump trucks specially optimized for the rough road conditions in West Africa in accordance with the actual working conditions required by our Côte d’Ivoire client. Equipped with thickened high-strength dump cargo boxes, the trucks boast outstanding load capacity and can haul bulk materials including ores, muck and construction materials. Reinforced axles and differential locks are fitted to cope with muddy and bumpy roads in rainy seasons, delivering stable and durable power that perfectly suits various transportation scenarios such as mine exploitation, road construction and urban construction waste haulage.
Given the long ocean voyage to West Africa and strong corrosiveness of saline, humid marine air, all vehicles undergo standardized full-set marine protection procedures before delivery. Multiple layers of anti-rust protective wax are evenly sprayed on exposed metal components including chassis, suspensions, bolts and wheel hubs. Protective films are covered on the paint surfaces of cabs and cargo boxes. After thorough cleaning and drying, all trucks are sealed and reinforced, with sufficient desiccants placed inside containers to largely avoid rust damage during long-distance sea transit. This ensures the vehicles arrive at Abidjan Port in good condition and can be put into operation immediately upon arrival.
As the largest port of Côte d’Ivoire and a key regional logistics distribution center in West Africa, Abidjan Port handles domestic cargo shipments and serves landlocked neighboring countries such as Mali and Burkina Faso, with robust demand for imported infrastructure and mining equipment. Our cooperating client is an established local logistics and engineering enterprise. They paid a special visit to our manufacturing base for on-site vehicle inspection in advance, and highly recognized our production line welding technology, full-vehicle load testing and customized modification capacity, which led to the signing of this bulk purchase order. Long-term repeat purchase cooperation is also planned for the future.
Supported by our mature one-stop foreign trade export service system, we coordinate the whole process covering vehicle ex-factory delivery, inland trucking, port customs declaration, ocean freight booking and document preparation. We provide transparent all-in quotations and detailed cost breakdowns, and supply a full set of customs clearance documents including bills of lading and certificates of origin together with the cargo. This streamlines the customs clearance and pickup procedures for overseas clients and addresses all pain points throughout the procurement, transportation and customs clearance chain for West African buyers.
In recent years, our company has continuously expanded our footprint in West Africa. Our product portfolio including tractor heads, dump trucks, low-bed semi-trailers and fuel tank semi-trailers has been exported in bulk to Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria and other countries. We have built a large number of stable overseas distributors and end engineering clients thanks to reliable product quality, comprehensive marine anti-corrosion treatment and thoughtful supporting foreign trade services.
The smooth shipment of this batch of dump trucks to Abidjan Port marks a vital milestone for our expansion in French-speaking West African markets. Moving forward, we will keep upgrading our vehicle models to adapt to the high-temperature, rainy and heavy-load operating environment in West Africa, launch more locally customized heavy-duty truck equipment, and continuously optimize our global logistics delivery network. We strive to deliver dependable Chinese manufacturing products to boost infrastructure development across West African countries.
